The Role
This Business Analyst role will partner with a product lead to translate customer and business needs into actionable solutions, partner with stakeholders and teams to ensure products deliver maximum value. With a holistic understanding of the digital product, their role is defined by the following responsibilities essential for successful outcomes:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis,
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Legal, Risk, and Compliance Review and Approval
- Testing and Validation
- Customer Rollout Strategy, Planning, and Execution
- Customer Data and Feedback Analysis and Reporting
In this role, you will be aligned to a Fidelity Digital Security team focused on supporting Customer Authentication. You will help support the ability of Fidelity customers to access Fidelity’s digital products using trusted and protected paths. You will receive ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expand your impact.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
- Having financial domain knowledge is a plus
- Having Digital Security/Authentication experience is a plus
- Client-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach.
- Experience working in an agile team required
- An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovations
- Able to identify dependencies across cross functional teams.
- You employ strong story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions using data and visualization
