The Team

The Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights (CKSI) group within Wealth organization is an organization with a mission to drive client and business value using data, analytics and customer research. The work we do uses the wealth of its data to enable algorithms, analyses, and data products, resulting in transformed customer experiences and better strategic business decisions. As a member of the CKSI analytics chapter, you will be part of an agile team focused on helping enable business applications, customer insights and research with data platform.

Your Role

As the Director, Analytics & Insights you will work on an agile team focused on helping understand how internal business partners use data in various applications, gather requirements for engineering teams, conduct analytics and develop insights to inform key decisions. In addition, you will power the team with key insights, create self-service analytic tools, and facilitate learning through experimentation.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in data and analytics

  • Strong business acumen and uncanny ability to serve as a translator between business and technology.

  • Proven ability to lead projects, rallying collaborators from other organizations and getting to the heart of business problems.

  • Experience with Snowflake/AWS cloud platforms.

  • Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams, both on and offshore.

  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and statistics in a simple and clear way

  • You bring passion to your work and operate with a sense of purpose that inspires and motivates those you work with.

  • You are intellectually curious, always eager to learn new skills and share the knowledge with others.

  • You bring a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • You demonstrate a mix of analytics and technical skills - SQL, any programming language and/or Data Visualization tools.

  • You have extensive experience in partnering with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and delivering self-service solutions to exceed their expectations.
