The Role
Are you passionate about product marketing that resonates? If so, join the Portfolio & Advisory Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents and capabilities behind Fidelity’s rapidly growing managed account solutions.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll help plan and execute product marketing programs that elevate our managed account investment capabilities in the marketplace. You’ll work closely with investment, product, and distribution teams to drive compelling, differentiated messaging about our capabilities, and deliver on an array of product marketing activities, including collateral, presentations, digital content and support of new product launches. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides a great opportunity to collaborate across the Marketing organization on strategically important work.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
5+ years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing communications/program management capacity
Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
Intermediary and institutional investor market experience preferred
Expertise in all aspects of marketing communications development
Experience leading multi-faceted communication projects through execution with sharp attention to detail
Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, comfort collaborating across a range of levels, and able to use good judgement in engaging business partners
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, and handling fast paced timelines
Imagination and curiosity to develop creative ways to tell the investment story

Our marketing team partners closely with Fidelity investment teams to develop compelling, impactful, and timely investment content crafted to help institutions, advisors, investors and key internal audiences understand the value Fidelity provides in helping clients meet their financial objectives. The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
