Are you a highly motivated operations professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our tight-knit, high-impact Investment Operations team within Strategic Advisers and make a tangible difference. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Analyst to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operational success of SAI’s 15 multi-manager funds.
The Role:
As an Investment Operations Senior Analyst, you will be supporting our fund operations, directly contributing to the efficient management of our diverse portfolio. You'll support critical responsibilities, including:
- Investment Team Support: Oversee daily trade tickets, the cash allocation process and investment agreements for SAI’s multi-manager funds
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data through quality reviews and share class assessments
- Problem Solving: Research and analyze complex operational issues, developing effective solutions and escalating appropriately
- Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements, challenging the status quo and driving continuous operational excellence
Your Expertise and Skills you Bring
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in operational excellence, a passion for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. Specifically, you should possess:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a financial operations environment
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- An understanding of investment operations, preferably within Fidelity or a similar financial institution
- An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- A demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and optimize operational processes
- Comfortable with data analysis, including strong Excel proficiency. Experience with SQL, TOAD, or Tableau is a plus
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
