Job Description:
The Team
We are seeking a System Analyst with passion for providing high-quality customer experiences in the WI data domains. You will be part of a team responsible for building integration products and managing external client implementations for the Workplace Solutions Data-In area. As a member of this team, you’ll play a key role in the analysis, solutioning and implementation of Fidelity domain APIs and externalizing them for our clients. In this role you will work closely with our business and technology partners to conduct feasibility analysis, plan project deliveries, execute them to completion and provide post go-live warranty.
The Expertise You Have
BS or above with exceptional aptitude for business system design and solutions
2-4 years of experience as a systems analyst, data analyst or data engineer
Ability to distill business processes and objectives into well-defined epics/stories/requirements
Strong analytical skills and hands on problem-solving skills to tackle challenges is a must
Work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgment is required
Extensive data analysis skills combined with excellent knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) is required.
Good proficiency in a programming such as Scala or Python to facilitate large volume data analysis is highly desirable
Working proficiency of object-oriented programming concepts, specifically Java is a nice to have
Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and APIs is a plus
Highly effective written and verbal communication is a must
External client facing project engagement experience is a plus
Desire to be organized, highly responsive and committed to quality is a must
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure & AWS is desirable
