Job Description:

The Role

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Solutions – Data & AdTech, you will play a strategic role within the Marketing Domains’ Strategy and Operations organization. You will lead efforts to optimize and evolve Fidelity’s marketing technology stack, with a focus on data infrastructure, adtech capabilities, and performance analytics.

You will:

  • Drive the discovery and definition of business requirements for marketing data and adtech capabilities.

  • Develop deep expertise in platforms and tools such as:

    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    • Identity resolution and audience segmentation
    • Adtech integrations (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)
    • Data governance and privacy compliance
    • Personalization and advanced targeting (e.g., Dynamic creative optimization)
    • Generative search impacts on the adtech landscape
    • Affiliate optimization
  • Translate business needs into actionable features and partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in campaign execution

  • Increase reach through various audience generation techniques available through partners like LiveRamp, Google, and Meta.

  • Connect paid and owned experiences

  • Obsess over and deliver improvements to the capability in a manner that elevates the Marketer experience to drive customer engagement and deliver tangible business value

  • Partner with engineering and media teams to design scalable, privacy-compliant solutions.

  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using Jira-based tools.

  • Present insights, recommendations, and solution designs to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and innovation.

Your ability to connect marketing goals with technical capabilities, and to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, will be key to your success.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital advertising, or data strategy.

  • Strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem and data infrastructure supporting marketing.

  • Platform and Data Savvy: you understand architectural underpinnings, solution integrations, and how data threads across platforms

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across marketing, analytics, and engineering.

  • Skilled in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus.

The Team

You’ll be part of the Marketing Strategy and Operations team, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of data-driven marketing. You’ll collaborate across domains to deliver impactful solutions that enhance targeting, measurement, and operational efficiency.
