Job Description:
Fidelity Labs is looking for an Applied GenAI Practitioner to help us build Large Language Models (LLMs) powered applications for financial services. You will join a new startup team to apply cutting edge Agentic AI technologies to build exciting new products, from ideation to deployment.
The Experience and Skills You Bring
Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical field
5+ years relevant experience, ideally in financial industry
· Expert knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow
Hands-on experience in LLM post training, alignment, fine tuning, and/or deployment a big plus
Solid skills of algorithms, data structure, system architecture, and software engineering
Highly proficient in Python. Familiarity with C++ and CUDA a plus
Experience with model serving frameworks highly desirable
Experience with large scale distributed ML systems
Performance analysis and optimization experience
In-depth understanding of LLMOps
