Senior Attorney – Corporate Legal – Business Development, Governance, Securities and Transactions
Based in Westlake, TX, this attorney role will provide legal support to Fidelity companies and emerging business initiatives on a full range of business development, corporate governance, finance, compensation, transactional and securities matters.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- J.D. required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Law firm experience required.
- Significant business development, governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance experience required.
- In-house experience and relevant business experience in finance and consulting a plus.
The Purpose of Your Role
You will be part of the corporate legal team within Fidelity’s in-house legal department, providing general business counsel and corporate governance and securities advice to Fidelity’s parent company and to subsidiaries operating and developing new businesses in a broad range of industries.
