Job Description:

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join the marketing team of Saifr, a startup within Fidelity Labs focusing on creating AI agents for compliance. This cross-functional role will be responsible for supporting the strategy and management of multi-channel campaigns that produce leads and sales pipeline, as well as providing content marketing and website management support.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to hone skills in demand generation while gaining exposure to the different facets of marketing, including marketing automation, content creation, and performance reporting.

An ideal candidate has a growth mindset, customer-first focus, and ability to flex in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment.

Demand Generation

  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program (develop content strategy, write emails, edit ads) that provides customized, high-touch experience to top target accounts
  • Support email marketing with drafting and execution to cultivate prospective customers through the buyer journey
  • Support lead-generating webinar program by contributing to strategy, planning, and execution
  • Manage company social media account(s), including social posts, interactions, reporting/analytics, and build strategy/optimize for growth, to engage prospects

Operations and Website Management

  • Manage website and update pages with new or refreshed content to lengthen visitor time-on-page
  • Evolve website strategy and user journey as product offerings expand and brand positioning changes
  • Implement SEO standard methodologies across entire website (keyword integration, image alt text, page loading time, linking) to bolster search strategy
  • Report on traffic, engagement, lead generation, and more, to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support marketing operations, including event list uploads, CRM hygiene, automation flows and processes, and reporting, and vendor management

Content

  • Serve as proofreader for all marketing content and edit collateral (blogs, ebooks, white papers, press releases, emails, etc.) for grammar, clarity, brand consistency, etc.
  • Support short form, thought-leadership content creation, as needed

Public Relations

  • Draft press releases that garner earned media coverage or equivalent experience
  • Research and apply for industry awards that build brand awareness and credibility

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Develop and maintain presentations, product data sheets, and other collateral to support sales and partner engagements with prospective customers

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 1 – 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email marketing, social media)
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and generate basic marketing performance reports
  • Some experience with content creation (e.g. social posts, blogs) preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced startup environment
