The Role
As the Senior Manager, Webinar Marketing you will play a key role in amplifying our brand presence and driving engagement across the webinar channel. You’ll lead the strategy, planning, promotion, and execution of the national webinar program to bring differentiated investment insights to our clients via the webinar channel. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with teams across marketing, sales, communications, and events to ensure alignment and impact.
Leading the strategy, planning, promotion, implementation, and execution of the national webinar program using Zoom, Splash, Qualtrics, Microsoft Office (including but not limited to managing cross segment email invites, prep calls with speakers, creating speaker notes, working on presentations, creating webinar replays and providing recommendations post event for areas of opportunity).
Managing the employment of events through coordination of workflow and compliance approvals of event materials.
Working closely with thought leadership, business consulting and segment marketing teams to create the national webinar plan that aligns with the business goals and objectives.
Managing the lead management process to track MQL and SQL’s attributed from the webinar program
Analyzing webinar performance metrics to optimize content strategy and planning.
Able to deliver concise written and verbal communications grounded in data and insights to influence decision-making
Lead rapid response webinar initiatives during times of market volatility
Collaborate with and influence multiple business and marketing stakeholders at different levels to develop the national webinar plan to align with business goals and objectives.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Preferred work experience in related areas of program/project management and event management
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ability to balance different projects simultaneously and prioritize results
Strategic thinker with a record of applying creativity, sound judgment, and adaptability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across national webinar program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Zoom Webinars – experience with Splash is a bonus
Passionate about process and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are easily adaptable to change
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
Relationship building skills that enable you to shape strong working relationships with business partners
Curiosity about event marketing and social media
Executive presence: Comfortable and confident working closely with senior leaders
Strong executive presence and communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and strategic business partners
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (marketing or related field preferred)
The Team

We work closely with the segment and product marketing, sales, analytics, CRM, and technology development teams to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, differentiated digital experiences and quality leads for our relationship management and sales teams.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
