The Expertise we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree required with 3 to 5 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Blue Prism, Business Intelligence and reporting software like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Relational Databases like SQL.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products like Excel for data aggregation, reporting & analysis, PowerPoint for Designing and creating presentations, Word for documenting reporting procedures, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence for tracking & communication with peers & team members.
Experience in analyzing data and reporting is strongly preferred.
Strong oral and written communication, and facilitation skills.
Defined Contributions knowledge, Benefits administration is a plus.
The Purpose of your role
The Solutions Office Team within Fidelity's Workplace Investing Relationship Management organization is seeking a highly motivated data analyst to join the team. We provide critical support to the Relationship Managers and are charged with implementing process improvement, automation, and developing standard methodologies for current (and future) work.
The Solutions Office has presence across multiple regions catering to a variety of customers; we are responsible for delivering solutions that create scale and efficiency within the Relationship Management organization, thereby enabling Managing Directors and Service Delivery Leaders with efficiencies in their functional responsibilities of client servicing, retention, satisfaction, and growth.

The Value you deliver
Execute on activities related to (but not limited to) producing client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external data requests, and performing plan service reviews and enablement activities
Contributing to our Reporting and Automation efforts by building new reports, dashboards, and automating manual processes using Robotic Process Automation
Supporting the needs of the WI Relationship Management team, internal business partners and other Relationship Mgmt. support teams
Identify, capture, analyze, consolidate, and distribute data in requested format
Process requests according to business requirements and documented procedures in a timely manner
QC output to ensure data accuracy and adherence to specifications
Seek clarification and refine requirements by interacting with the requestors
Pursue opportunities to streamline, improve and standardize processes
Identify and implement best practices when executing on Solutions Office activities
