Job Description:
The Role
As a Digital Solutions Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of benefits-related websites for a variety of clients. You will contribute to all stages of website creation for both content-only sites and more personalized (i.e., data/logic-driven) sites. Your responsibilities will include documenting business and data requirements, entering and maintaining site content, supporting the creation of test and production data files, reviewing website functionality (QA), validating the user experience, coordinating internal and client testing, and providing business validation for technology procedures like single sign-on and security scans. You will serve on multiple project teams simultaneously and as a member of those teams, you will work directly with clients, internal partners, and programmers. To be successful, you must be highly motivated – a self-starter who establishes ownership and is capable of driving digital solutions from concept to reality.
The Expertise You Have
Experience/curiosity about digital communications and being on a team that supports the delivery of websites to meet unique client needs
Experience with data management tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communications, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or subjects applicable to web/digital solutions
Experience with online Content Management Systems (CMS) software/platform (a plus)
Experience in the employer benefits industry (a plus)

Ability to interpret and manipulate data sets, and perform basic calculations

Excellent time management skills, including a strong aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work within budgeted timeframes to help maintain client profitability without sacrificing quality
Ability to simplify and present technical, complex concepts to non-technical business partners
Ability to execute on tasks autonomously, while remaining coordinated with a broader team

The base salary range for this position is $67,000-127,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
