The Role
FFIO’s Global Middle Office is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to fill a role in our Reconciliation department with dynamic responsibilities. This role will be responsible for a range of the Claims Team tasks but will also assist the team with complex position confirmations. Limited opportunities for tax reclaims, audit support, and other work also exist.
The Expertise and The Skills You Bring
- Experience with FCR and/or any type of reconciliation work strongly preferred
- Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel strongly preferred
- Experience with InvestOne strongly preferred
- Knowledge of custodian, transfer agent, and auditor functions preferred
- Knowledge of Agile practices and an Agile mindset preferred
- Bachelor’s or other degree preferred
- Highly motivated—a self-starter who is eager to learn
- Diplomatic: excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and proactive
- Outstanding ability to optimally prioritize multiple competing tasks at once
- Phenomenal ability to work quickly in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Team-first mindset
- Efficient execution of the Claims Team tasks
- In collaboration with others on the team, timely completion of monthly and/or quarterly complex position confirmations
- Willingness to assist the team in other areas of thin coverage (tax reclaims, audit support, and so on)
