Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Assurance Product Analyst to support the full product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting detailed front-end requirements, defining testing strategies, and executing product acceptance testing to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and ensure solutions meet expectations through detailed testing. Responsibilities include:
Discovery & Requirements Definition
Write and maintain detailed requirements that meet the Definition of Ready
Collaborate with UX, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
Maintain and update analysis artifacts (e.g., use cases, process flows, business rules) to support execution
Testing & Delivery
Create detailed test plans and ensure clarity on acceptance criteria
Lead and execute End-to-End Business Acceptance Testing
Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and document test outcomes
Support deployment readiness and post-release validation activities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure stories are well understood and actionable
Lead stakeholder demos and impact analysis reviews to showcase deliverables
Act as a subject matter expert during release planning, product reviews, and retrospectives
Communicate issues, risks, and client feedback clearly and promptly
Strategic Contribution
Identify and document product and process improvement opportunities and share insights with the product team
Champion change and operational readiness across teams
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
10+ years of work experience in product analysis, business analysis, or digital transformation roles
Strong understanding of development process
Demonstrated experience in writing clear, concise product documentation, and acceptance criteria
Experience with user acceptance testing, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to lead discovery, facilitate workshops, and manage cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent practical experience)
Motivated mindset with a sense of ownership

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-186,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
