The Role
The Manager, Implementation Project Management will ensure the seamless transition of Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) onto the Fidelity platform. This includes implementing client relationships with minimal direction, developing the new relationships, and leading the overall Implementation process and conversion of asset. The Manager, Implementation Project Management will be required to handle small to mid-level deals with and may assist on larger, more sophisticated clients to include:
Onboarding of new Fidelity Registered Investment Advisors.
Supporting existing advisors who are converting a book of business onto the platform.
Leading small to mid-level Implementation Projects by going onsite to advisor offices to support client conversion projects or breakaway conversions.
The Expertise You Have
Series 7 required
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred
3 – 5 years in financial services industry. Including experience in the institutional or high net worth client management or relationship building role
Strong knowledge of the Fidelity business segments; understanding of the industry, financial markets, and competitor influences
Experience with a full breadth of investment solutions, products and services provided to Fidelity clients

The Value You Deliver
Advise the overall asset conversion plans for new clients to FIWMS. Analyze the source and figure out the best methods to achieve successful conversion.
Lead the overall client relationship during the on-boarding experience, including setting appropriate client expectations and delivering on the customer experience index.
Act as a liaison on behalf of client to FIWMS organization to address client issues.
Work with the client to resolve daily issues involving account set up, transfer of assets, account maintenance, and other customer service issues.
Analyze the procedures, products, and business practices of the client to align with FIWMS policies and procedures and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions and alternatives when vital. Make recommendations on standard processes.
Lead small to mid-level projects, with varying degrees of complexity. Provide peer onsite support as business needs arise.
The Team
Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers clearing and custody services; investment and technology products and solutions; institutional trading products, services, and execution; and a range of insights, expertise, and extraordinary client experience to more than 13,500 financial intermediary firms and institutions. These firms and institutions include registered investment advisors (RIAs), strategic acquirers and professional asset managers, broker-dealers, bank and trust companies, insurance companies, and family offices and wealthy families. The Client Conversion Services Project Management team within Client Experience supports the onboarding of these businesses and ensures the detailed transition of Broker Dealers, Advisors, Bank and Trust firms and Family Office clients onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services’ (FIWMS) platform. The Team also works closely with Sales and Relationship Management, Product and Technology Specialists, Training Consultants, Deployment Consultants and Client Service.
The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
