The Role

We are hiring a Product Analyst in Enterprise Digital Operations who mixes business, technical, and operational skills with a strong drive to deliver outcomes.
As a Product Analyst in the Enterprise Digital Operations product area under Brokerage Capabilities, you partner with product leaders and capability consumers to specify business and product requirements. These requirements direct conversations with engineering teams in generating delivery effort estimates, defining schedules, and producing value. Your participation is vital to managing products efficiently across various applications during every phase of product development, including planning, delivery, and support. You contribute actively to defining and delivering valuable service and products for our capability consumers. You will:
Assist with the analysis of work intake requests for the product capability area
Develop product use cases and support the product backlog
Provide input to evolve the product vision, strategies, and roadmap
Identify product optimization opportunities that benefit all collaborators
Translate customer needs into actionable outcomes and partner with development teams in the delivery of these solutions
Prioritize among strategic, customer, and technology requirements
Assist in analyzing risk management and risk assessment strategies for the product
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Experience in business analysis and agile methodologies and techniques is essential. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with Jira and Jira Align, along with an understanding of product management functions. Your ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate across various functions to support applications, products, and related programs or projects is crucial. You should be skilled at breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts. Proven experience in guiding product strategy and delivery, including identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and working with technology teams to deliver, is highly valued. Additionally, you must be able to translate business requirements and operational processes into clear, actionable product requirements. A solid grasp of operations workflows and processes, preferably within financial services or other regulated industries, is important. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and confidently navigate ambiguity is also required.
