If so, come join the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents of Fidelity’s investment products and solutions.
As a Senior Manager in Asset Management Solutions Marketing, you will help develop, execute, and analyze the impact of product marketing plans that will differentiate Fidelity’s investment products and solutions in the marketplace. You will work closely with the Team Lead and other team members supporting an array of investment product marketing activities — spearheading projects for a variety of leading-edge investments.
This role involves work that will be leveraged by our intermediary, retail and institutional channels. This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides the individual an opportunity to collaborate across the Marketing organization and with a variety of investment teams.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
6+ years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing communications/program management capacity
Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
Experience with marketing communications practices
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners across multiple projects
Imagination and curiosity to develop creative ways to tell the investment story
The Team
Become a member of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, and you will partner with Fidelity Asset Management, portfolio managers, investment product groups and distribution channels to develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent and timely product content and launch new products! The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
