    Senior Business Analysis

    The Role

    We are looking for a highly motivated and expert individual to join the team as a Senior Business Analyst. This role provides tailored client reporting solutions for some of America’s largest Defined Contribution (DC) Clients using data preparation tools, database query languages, and cloud-based data warehousing platforms

    You will be focused on supporting and establishing relationships across teams and business partners in supporting analytic & adhoc client requests. You are the Data Storyteller providing data-driven, contextualized insights to effectively communicate narratives. In addition, to perform critical data analysis to mitigate and remediate significant production incidents impacting multiple Workplace Investing clients

    Expertise you Have and Skills You Bring

    • Outstanding analytical skills. Ability to break down sophisticated questions and supporting data into well-structured analysis
    • Knowledge of DC products/services and operational processes
    • Expert at synthesizing data and trends to develop key insights and storylines. These insights help effectively connect with leaders. The role requires experience with Alteryx, SQL, and Snowflake environments
    • Collaborate and work with CSA’s and CSM’s on the custom client reporting needs
    • Act as connection point to other analytical teams within WI and other BUs, form positive relationships to lead and influence multi-functional teams
    • Prior WIDE to EDL Alteryx/SQL workflows migration experience is a bonus
    • Ability to think strategically, challenge assumptions and provide thought leadership
    • Experience in interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization and craft executive level presentations to tell the data story
    • Every day you identify the client need. Then, you determine the best data source, extract the data, and build a tailored report
    • You thrive in a collaborative environment with our India reporting team to ensure we are efficiently crafting recurring reports requested by our clients

    The Client Reporting Team is passionate about supporting the Client Facing and Operations teams that provide first class service to our DC clients. The solutions, tools, and reports we provide allow our front-line associates to focus on the true needs of the client

    The Reporting Consultant role is part of the broader Defined Contribution Client Services Organization. DC CSO plays a meaningful role every day in servicing over 18,000 401k record keeping clients. We bring value to these Plan Sponsors by providing analytics and reporting to support the administration of their retirement plans
