The Role
Senior Financial Analyst, Controls Team
This Senior Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction & Leasing Team; you will play a critical role in driving excellence in support of the project delivery team.
The analyst will support Fidelity’s Real Estate organization, providing financial and operational controls across a portfolio of Facilities & Operations, Engineering, and Project Delivery initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Vendors, and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered with strong cost discipline, governance, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings experience in project cost controls, vendor management, forecasting, and reporting within a complex, regulated environment and is comfortable working cross functionally to support large scale initiatives.
The Expertise You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent with 5+ years of experience; MBA preferred
Experience supporting real estate, facilities, or capital projects, including project financial management
Strong understanding of Project Controls processes, systems, and financial governance
Proven experience with vendor management, contract financial oversight, and compliance documentation
Demonstrated ability to deliver executive‑level financial reporting, analysis, and actionable insights
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and influence senior leaders
