Position Description:

Provides a single platform for data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development, and secure sharing and consumption of real-time and shared data, using Software as a Service (SaaS) platform (Snowflake). Uses data analytics platforms (Tableau) to visualize raw data. Creates automated analytics solutions using Text Mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP) knowledge. Processes large sets of structured and unstructured data using Hadoop and Amazon Web Services (AWS), to generate impactful insights that help business decisions. Uses standardized programming languages (SQL) to manage relational databases and perform various operations on the data.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Improves customer experience using graph analytics methodologies, cross channel engagement, and transactional and behavior patterns.
  • Develops a broad range of statistical measurement tools and techniques that will result in key findings for highly complex projects.
  • Supports democratization of data among business partners.
  • Creates self-serve data visualization tools that enable business decision making.
  • Delivers analytic and visualization capabilities that enable business partners to transform data into impactful insights.
  • Develops and implements techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
  • Applies data mining, data modeling, NLP, and machine learning (ML) to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Visualizes, interprets, and reports data findings.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing advanced analytics and measurement using statistical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods, to generate insights by processing complex data and coding, using Python, Cypher, and SQL.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing advanced analytics and measurement using statistical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods, to generate insights by processing complex data and coding, using Python, Cypher, and SQL.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

  • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) generating insights for customer service strategy and customer experience touchpoints by extracting, transforming, and analyzing unstructured and semi-structured data; quantifying true digital Straight Through Processing (STP) rate across multiple channels and touchpoints, using Neo4j and Snowflake; texting content (call and chat transcripts and social posts) and customer-entered feedback (surveys and online tool interactions), using NLP; and integrating data from various sources and internal data warehouses by creating standards and repeatable workflows -- Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS, and Oracle -- to process at scale.
  • DE quantifying and monitoring customer trends across channels by developing customer journeys, using Neo4j hosted on AWS, Cypher, and visualization tools – NeoDash, Neo4j Bloom, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Excel; and furnishing actionable insights that enable business decisions through 360-degree customer data mining, using Cloud technologies – Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Oracle, and AWS.
  • DE parsing, summarizing, and visualizing customer activities across digital and live channels, using Python, Tableau, and Graph Database (Neo4J); tying engagements to financial or operational transactions, using SQL and Python packages; supporting and informing client service strategies by performing statistical analysis and data extraction, transformation, and summarization, using statistical methods (inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing) and data analytics software (Python, SQL, or Elasticsearch).
  • DE planning, designing, and implementing diverse Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, using querying and graph tools to visualize the data – NeoDash, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Power BI; and querying and analyzing data to produce insights (NeoDash, Neo4j Bloom, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Power BI), using BI dashboards.
