Job Description:

    Position Description:

    Directs the aggregation and manipulation of data using SQL to identify and resolve data quality issues in the Client Data Lake. Manages databases and develops advanced data visualization solutions using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Platform, Microsoft Teams, DOMO, and Tableau. Supports a variety of ad-hoc requests from across the business on non-ERG client relationships, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness. Performs validation and tests models to ensure adequacy, and reformulates models as necessary to enhance accuracy and reliability. Leads the design and development of decision support software, services, or products, using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conducts research, analysis, and reporting, including preparing company briefing materials, quarterly reports, scorecards, surveys, annual financials, and quarterly asset tables.
    • Oversees the gathering and analysis of data to support key client sectors through shared business intelligence, enterprise client strategies, strengthened executive relationships, and coordinated relationship management and sales activities.
    • Liaises across all business units to collect client and relationship data, and conducts bi-annual account plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Drives automation and digitization, maintaining and enhancing client-by-client relationship strategies.
    • Provides detailed reporting and analysis for senior management on covered clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Prepares comprehensive management reports defining and evaluating problems, recommending solutions, and tracking the progress of implemented strategies.
    • Collaborates with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of complex problems, clarifying management objectives, and ensuring successful implementation of chosen solutions.
    • Formulates and applies advanced mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
    • Stays abreast of industry trends and advancements and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Business Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing business analysis in a financial services environment to support strategic planning and enterprise-level client relationship development, using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau).

    Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Business Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing business analysis in a financial services environment to support strategic planning and enterprise-level client relationship development, using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau).

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Candidate must also possess:

    • Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) presenting strategic insights and business recommendations to senior executives (Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) and Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs)), using competitor research, institutional client data, and visualization tools -- PowerBI and PowerPoint.
    • DE running competitor strategy programs, reviewing industry intelligence, and using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) frameworks to develop and present strategic recommendations for institutional clients.
    • DE analyzing, manipulating, and visualizing client and competitor data for use in dashboards, management reports, and client strategies, using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
    • DE building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards to summarize strategic trends and support relationship decision-making, using PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.

    Salary: $91,975.00 - $95,000.00/year.
