The Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to define and scale the portfolio and resource analytics strategy for Fidelity Technology. This role is accountable for shaping enterprise-wide analytic capabilities, driving innovation, and delivering actionable insights that influence technology investment and resource allocation decisions.

As a senior leader, you will set direction, establish standards, and lead a high-performing team to create a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will champion experimentation, ensure rigor in measurement, and align analytic priorities with the highest-value business goals.

  • Define and execute the portfolio analytics strategy to enable enterprise-level decision-making

  • Build and lead a high-impact analytics organization, mentoring talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Shape frameworks for data governance, experimentation, and performance measurement across technology domains

  • Drive standardization and rigor in reporting, KPIs, and analytic methodologies

  • Champion innovation by leveraging emerging tools, platforms, and advanced analytic techniques

  • Influence senior leadership decisions through compelling insights and strategic recommendations

  • Establish prioritization and backlog management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Communicate complex insights effectively, translating data into clear narratives and actionable strategies for executives

  • Collaborate across business units and product areas to integrate analytics into enterprise planning and delivery

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, insights, and experimentation, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Proven ability to develop and scale analytic strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence

  • Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation

  • Expertise in advanced analytics, experimentation, and data visualization

  • Familiarity with tools such as R/Python, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake

  • Ability to influence strategic business decisions and align analytic priorities with enterprise objectives

  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights

  • Advanced degree and/or certification in analytics, computer science, or related field preferred

  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, and ability to lead through change

  • Knowledge of business process design, performance management, and KPIs

  • Understanding of data modeling, agile principles, and enterprise technology ecosystems

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed

The Team

Fidelity Technology provides consistent, strategic, and transparent technology business management enabling Fidelity’s digital experiences for its customers and associates. We help create customer value, better decision making and faster time to market through consistent business management, planning, and delivery practices. You are an essential contributor to support the Fidelity Technology Strategy & Planning Community.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
