The Role
We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst, Product Management with advanced product analysis experience to join the Operations and Services Group (OSG) Brokerage Capabilities organization with a focus on Money Movement, TOA and Cash Platforms. The candidate will play a critical role in transforming the legacy Brokerage Transfer of Assets, Cash & Payments, Tax Advantaged Accounts and Retail Pricing mainframe-based capabilities to support modern, scalable, cloud-based solutions which can more easily be enhanced and maintained to support the current and future needs of Fidelity’s retail (Wealth | Brokerage) and Institutional brokerage businesses. This position is ideal for a client obsessed, strategic thinker with deep analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate should have a passion for collaborating across a variety of Fidelity stakeholders and user needs with demonstrated strengths planning and supporting the prioritization of the execution and delivery of new product solutions.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Collaborate with OSG stakeholders, product leaders, engineering teams and stakeholders across Fidelity to gather and analyze business and user requirements related to the current experience and future state opportunities
- Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows, pain points, capability utilization, and data dependencies from mainframe and other legacy systems.
- Support the creation of use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide product development aligned to specific platform modernization goals.
- Map existing data structures and business logic into future-state digital experience requirements with an emphasis on usability and automation.
- Develop insights and business cases using data analysis and stakeholder feedback to prioritize features and drive product roadmap decisions.
- Facilitate working sessions and validation cycles with operational users to ensure alignment and adoption of the new, digital experience.
- Monitor and report on rollout success, user adoption, and performance improvements tied to Ops Workstation initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry and technology innovation
- Support backlog management and new work-intake from business partners
- Support the creation of product and/or user metrics to help inform solution delivery.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
