Strategy, Communications, and Engagement Analyst
The Role
The Strategy, Communications, and Engagement Analyst, will support the critical initiatives in the Process Improvement vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality solutions that meet business objectives by providing strong business operations and communications stakeholder engagement expertise to partners throughout Fidelity’s fraud risk organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
2+ years of experience in strategic communications or project management
Experience contributing to complex, multi-workstream programs
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments, ideally within technology or financial services organizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience building executive presentations
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Financial services experience preferred

The Team
The Process Integration vertical plays a strategic role in ensuring cohesion and alignment across the entire Fraud Risk & Control organization. By receiving inputs from all other teams and transforming these signals into actionable programs, this team drives effective change and continuous improvement. The Process Integration team is responsible for managing change programs, overseeing technology elements, maintaining strategic relationships with business partners, and managing the organization's budget. Additionally, the team plays a crucial role in defining investment priorities, developing comprehensive business plans, and managing requirements for new resources, including technology, data, and personnel. The Process Integration vertical ensures that all functions work seamlessly together to achieve the organization's fraud prevention and detection goals, acting as a central coordinating body that aligns strategies and operations.
