The Role

Do you enjoy learning about and marketing non-traditional, alternative investments? If so, come join the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents of Fidelity’s investment products and solutions.

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Alternatives Product Marketing in the Asset Management Solutions Marketing Team, you will develop and execute marketing plans that differentiate Fidelity’s alternative investments and specialty solutions in the marketplace! This is a diverse and fast-paced marketing role that provides the individual an opportunity to collaborate across marketing and with investment professionals in different asset classes.

  • Develop and execute on marketing strategies that drive new product narratives into market across Fidelity intermediary, retail, and institutional channels. Messaging and content creation includes both written content (presentations, client communications) as well as digital mediums (website, videos)

  • Support marketing and communications strategy for new product launches and ensure collaboration across firm

  • Partner on investment insights-driven content with marketing partners and investment professionals

  • Complete compliance and regulatory reviews of content, track projects and workflows, and complete client-specific ad-hoc requests.

  • Oversee servicing requirements for third party platforms (e.g., data rooms)

  • Partner on content for events program and support execution as needed

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BA/ BS degree with a concentration in economics, finance, business, or marketing preferred

  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services and marketing experience preferred

  • Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products; experience marketing alternatives preferred

  • Excellent writing skills to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messages

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; can effectively build relationships and influence partners

  • Outstanding organizational skills, consistently developing and meeting schedules, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners

  • Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel

Become a member of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, where we partner with Fidelity Asset Management, investment product groups and distribution channels to develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent, and timely product content! These materials help clients understand the value Fidelity provides in helping them meet their financial objectives. Do you want to be a part of this dynamic team?

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
