This position plays a central role in shaping and driving the transformation agenda for the Vendor Management organization, which includes Procurement and Third Party Risk Management. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and broad visibility across the firm.

You will operate as a strategic thought partner, combining rigorous problem‑solving, structured planning, and executive‑level storytelling to translate strategy into action. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership communication, this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and the ability to move seamlessly between high‑level strategic framing and hands‑on execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business management, operations planning, or related roles, or 5+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting

  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and actions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a track record of developing executive‑level presentations and narratives

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead initiatives end‑to‑end with limited direction

  • Analytical and data‑driven approach, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear conclusions

  • Highly organized with strong planning and execution discipline, balanced with flexibility in a fast‑moving environment

  • Experience with procurement, vendor decision‑making, or third‑party risk management is a plus, but not required

Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position

The Team

You will be part of the Vendor Strategy leadership organization, partnering closely with the Vice President, Vendor Strategy and collaborating across Vendor Management, including Procurement and Third Party Risk Management. The team works cross‑functionally with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the firm to drive transformation, establish governance and operating routines, and advance strategic and operational priorities that strengthen vendor outcomes enterprise‑wide.
