The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required
8 years of experience working in financial services or a similarly complex environment in a planning, marketing operations, project management, business operations, or consulting capacity
Knowledge of marketing content production or other regulated, data‑intensive, technology‑driven production environments preferred
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through implementation; highly organized project manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities
Experience building and maintaining models to forecast capacity, resourcing, and output
Proficiency in defining performance metrics, building dashboards and reporting, and establishing underlying processes to ensure data accuracy and insight generation
A fast learner with the ability to quickly master new domains, diagnose operational issues and business requirements, and propose practical solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence across diverse stakeholder groups
Skilled in Excel and data manipulation tools (pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable interpreting operational data to drive decision‑making
Skilled in PowerPoint and able to translate complex operational and planning concepts into clear, organized findings and recommendations
Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with enthusiasm for enhancing processes, strengthening capabilities, and improving team efficiency

Our marketing team partners closely with Fidelity investment teams to produce and scale thousands of impactful and timely investment materials crafted to help retail, intermediary, and institutional audiences understand how Fidelity can address their unique investment challenges.
