The Role
Be part of the team delivering innovative HR solutions to our employees and managers. As a senior platform business analyst, you play a vital role in delivering HR solutions to the firm by supporting and enhancing Fidelity’s cloud-based HR platform, Workday and our CRM Beamery. Acting as the point of contact to business partners, this role is responsible for understanding business objectives, priorities and identifying impacts including:
Identifying solution options
Configuring and testing the solution in Workday
Writing test cases and coordinates/completes testing
Providing product demonstrations
Balancing the delivery of sprint goals and escalated or highly prioritized tasks
Collaborating across Squads, Product Areas, Business Partners and with Workday to implement latest features and enhancements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of business analysis experience
Experience with Agile methodology and tools a plus.
Workday Experience a plus.
Experience in HR and supporting HR platforms, particularly in HCM, Recruiting, and/or Beamery a plus
Ability to understand the complex HR ecosystem, its dependencies, and potential downstream impacts.
Ability to balance sprint related work and delivering on escalated or highly prioritized tasks
Good communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to implement/facilitate change
Solid analytical skills
The Team
As part of the HR Tools and Platform Chapter you will be part of a cross-functional squad providing support to our operations team, managers and associates who interact with the Workday/Beamery platform. You also will play a vital role in understanding the needs of our customers by providing innovative solutions to ensure the Workday experience is the best possible for our managers and associates.
