The Role
The Client Service Associate is a key member of the Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Account Executive team—an experienced group of client service professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the institutional investor marketplace.
In this role, you will manage new client implementation events across multiple distribution channels, partnering with teams across the organization to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate effectively to support and service institutional clients.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
You bring proven experience building and managing relationships with complex clients and internal partners. You excel in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and communicate complex information clearly—both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry; client-facing experience preferred
- Strong interest in investments and institutional clients
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Series 7 and 63 may be required after hire (not required at the outset)

The Team
The Institutional Client Group (ICG) is the institutional distribution arm of Fidelity Institutional, managing investment relationships with large corporate and public-sector plan sponsors, as well as endowments and foundations.
ICG includes sales, relationship management, client service, and consultant relations teams. As part of this organization, you will contribute to delivering a broad suite of products and services, innovative investment tools and research, and a network of dedicated service professionals.
