The Role
The Institutional Publishing Associate is responsible for creating compelling, timely presentations for institutional clients and prospects that help bring to life how Fidelity’s investment strategies can address their unique needs. You’ll partner closely with investment, product, data analysis, and institutional sales and relationship teams to deliver dynamic presentation materials that help win new business as well as grow and retain important client relationships. You’ll also partner with technology teams to automate presentation production and publishing. This is a fast-paced marketing role that provides a great opportunity to collaborate across the institutional and asset management organization on strategically important work.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products, a plus
Highly organized with strong project management skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing work, and handling fast paced timelines
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, comfort collaborating across a range of levels, and able to use good judgement in engaging business partners
Proficient with PowerPoint; able to translate data and technical information into clear, compelling charts, tables and other appealing visualizations and apply our design standards
Proficient with Excel and querying data; able to use formulas, pivot tables, and other tools to manipulate large quantities of data
Experience with Seismic, Salesforce, Workfront, and/or Tableau preferred
Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing content requirements, workflows, and new technology applications
Imagination and curiosity to explore new ways to scale and automate production processes
Intellectual curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset, with the ability to independently explore new tools, technologies, and approaches
Self-directed learner who can independently identify opportunities and drive projects from idea to execution

Our marketing team partners closely with Fidelity’s sales and client‑facing groups to create high‑impact, custom presentations that help win new business and deepen relationships with existing clients.
