Job Description:
As a Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. This is an opportunity to provide your insights and enable Workplace Investments to make the data-driven decisions required to meet their strategic objectives.

We will fill this role in either Smithfield Rhode Island, Merrimack New Hampshire, Covington Kentucky or Westlake Texas.
The Expertise You Have
Working experience in Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Analytics
Working experience with social publishing and reporting tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros or other similar solutions
Working experience with social media employee Advocacy tools such as Yext, EveryoneSocial or other similar solutions
Working experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or other similar solutions
Working experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets
Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization tool
Working experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMRush, Google Search Console is a plus
Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), a plus
Understanding of Journey Builder and Marketing Automation, a plus
Financial industry experience, a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field
The Purpose of Your Role
You will serve as Manager for analytics and insights reporting on the various improvement initiatives that cut across our Workplace (WI) business units. You will play a key role in our overall transformation to a platform enabled and capability-led Digital Future to benefit our clients and participants.
You will drive leading class analytics and insight generation--harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across our channels (web, mobile, phones, etc.)
