Senior Sytems Analyst- Enterprise Cybersecurity

The Role

Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality in Data protection and Analytics space.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems, Product, or Business Analyst delivering data-driven solutions using Agile methodologies

  • Experience designing and delivering analytics, data workflows, and information architecture

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, BIS, or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting solutions

  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced SQL and query-writing experience

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, or equivalent platforms

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria

  • Proven ability to manage backlogs, write stories, and prepare for refinements, sprint planning, and quarterly planning

  • Active participation in all Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI/QP planning

  • Ability to collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria, guide deliverables, and complete business acceptance testing

  • Strong understanding of business needs including product strategy, customer success criteria, and competing priorities

  • Skill in building relationships with squad members, SMEs, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

  • Experience creating, publishing, and maintaining clear product documentation, reporting inventories, and SharePoint/Confluence sites

  • Strong independent research and analytical skills, including documenting current and future state processes and visualizations

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills with a focus on driving alignment and results

The Team

Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data and systems. As a member of the Chapter, you will join a team for product analysis and contribute to driving outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with product analysts, squad leads, engineers and architects on the Cyber Data Analytics Squads. This Role is for CDA 2 that Support the Detect and Respond, External Defense Teams goals and objectives by designing analytical and reporting strategies to enable them to oversee implementation of cyber controls to achieve our objectives in partnership with the business.
