The Role
Are you energized by partnering with business leaders and bringing marketing strategies to life? Join Fidelity’s Intermediary Investment Segment Marketing team, where we promote relevant investment solutions that drive real business outcomes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver focused, high‑impact marketing programs. This includes providing tailored support and custom marketing materials for top clients, as well as contributing to multi‑channel strategic marketing campaigns. You’ll play a visible role shaping how Fidelity shows up with intermediaries, balancing thoughtful planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Successful candidates bring strong organization and prioritization skills, along with enthusiasm for delivering impact through strategic marketing and execution.
Experience working on multi-channel marketing programs, and the ability to do so collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Foundational marketing skillset including writing and storytelling, and visual presentation formats.
Sharp attention to detail, demonstrated time-management, and strong prioritization skills.
Comfort and curiosity when working with research, data, and analytics.
Confidence and professional acumen in working with senior leaders, including regular written updates as well as presentations in live settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication and professional acumen when providing updates to senior leaders.
Strong ability to develop perspectives and advocate in alignment with key business goals.
Familiarity or interest in financial or investment services, or technology.
The Team
Our Intermediary Investment Segment Marketing Team is directly aligned with our Intermediary Investment Client Group, a key business in the Fidelity Institutional organization. Our team develops and delivers relevant, differentiated and client centric B2B marketing programs that propel Fidelity Institutional strategic product and solution focus areas by driving awareness and engagement.
