Job Title: Vice President, Workplace Giving Sales Account Executive

The Role

Do you love to influence how organizations can build the best benefit programs for their employees?

The Workplace Giving Sales AE (WGSAE) drives adoption of Fidelity’s Workplace Giving and philanthropic solutions. They work with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to build and carry out impactful programs.

In this role, you will collaborate with employers to develop and improve their philanthropic programs. You will coordinate Fidelity’s complete solutions, such as Workplace Giving, Fidelity Philanthropic Consulting, and Fidelity Charitable®. These efforts aim to build scalable experiences that increase employee involvement and charitable outcomes.

As the primary point of engagement in your market, you will take a consultative approach to identify client needs, develop strategy, and position how philanthropic solutions coordinated through seamless platform connectivity and tax-advantaged giving capabilities can deliver measurable value to both employers and employees!

You will partner closely with Managing Directors and cross-functional teams to bring forward cohesive strategies that help clients define, manage, and enhance their philanthropic impact—while driving strong program adoption, differentiation, and long-term growth.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5 plus years of proven success in consultative sales, influencing decision-makers, and driving solution adoption within financial services, employee benefits, or related industries

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to uncover customer requirements and present compelling, tailored solutions

  • Knowledge of Workplace Investing, employee benefits, or financial services; familiarity with CSR, workplace giving, philanthropic solutions, or Fidelity internal functions is a plus

  • Ability to manage territory, pipeline, and time effectively in a goal-driven environment

  • Strong presentation skills across virtual, phone, and in-person channels with diverse stakeholders

  • A problem-solving demeanor with the agility to adapt as client needs and solutions evolve

  • Series 7 and 63 required (or ability to acquire within 2 months of hire)

  • Drive adoption of Workplace Giving solutions through consultative engagement with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal partners

  • Partner with employers to design and implement philanthropic programs that enhance employee engagement and maximize charitable impact

  • Position the value of Fidelity’s integrated philanthropic solutions—including giving, matching, volunteering, and donor-advised fund capabilities

  • Build and execute territory plans, develop a strong pipeline, and contribute to overall sales growth

  • Leverage market insights and client feedback to strengthen positioning and generate demand

  • Demonstrate disciplined execution through strong preparation, follow-up, and relationship management

  • Collaborate with Fidelity Charitable® and Fidelity Philanthropic Consulting to deliver a comprehensive, integrated solution that streamlines giving and improves impact

The Team

Fidelity Workplace Investing offers a broad range of integrated financial, health, and benefits solutions—combining innovative technology, strategic collaboration, exceptional service, and an engaging employee and advisor experience to drive better outcomes.

The Workplace Investing Sales organization is responsible for helping employers deliver successful, comprehensive benefits programs that improve employees’ overall financial well-being.

Fidelity Workplace Investing Emerging Products Sales sits within this environment and is a multi-product, multi-channel, collaborative group passionate about bringing new solutions to Workplace Benefits through Managing Directors, Advisors, and Plan Sponsors.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
