Data Exchange Consultant
The Role
Are you eager to tackle a challenging opportunity? As a Data Exchange Consultant at Fidelity Investments, you will contribute significantly to the migration of financial and participant data for defined contribution plans to Fidelity. Your skills will be essential in coordinating data specifications, configuring systems, and establishing efficient data links. From addressing technology gaps to handling conversion schedules, your methodical approach assures flawless execution and client happiness!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
At least 2 years of experience in implementation or 401(k) operations combined with a solid understanding of the retirement market and client service.
Strong organizational and operational skills.
Proven problem-solving and client management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Fidelity proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC, and PSW.
Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.
Clarifying data requirements and coordinating system configurations.
Establishing electronic data communication requirements.
Detailing payroll specifications and coordinating payroll testing.
Resolving exceptions and coordinating conversion timelines.
