As a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be at the center of this transformation—leading complex onboarding initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience.

In this highly visible role, you will:

  • Lead the onboarding of new Banks, Trust Departments and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) as they join Fidelity.

  • Support existing advisors transitioning business to the FIWMS platform.

  • Drive mid‑ to large‑scale implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world‑class onboarding journey.

  • You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, navigating complexity with confidence, and ensuring assets transition smoothly.

The Expertise You Have

  • Series 7 required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (Advanced degree preferred)

  • 5+ years of financial services experience, ideally within institutional or high‑net‑worth client management or relationship‑driven roles

  • Deep knowledge of Fidelity’s business segments, financial markets, and the competitive landscape

  • Experience with a wide spectrum of investment solutions, products, and services offered to Fidelity clients

Skills You Bring

  • Familiarity with Trust Accounting Systems, and the Fidelity brokerage platform

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex relationships and projects in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to execute against deadlines

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policies, systems (FBSI, XTRAC), and tools (Excel)

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills

The Value You Deliver

  • Design and execute tailored asset‑conversion plans for new FIWMS clients—analyzing source platforms and defining the most effective conversion paths.

  • Lead the client experience from start to finish, establishing clear expectations and delivering a smooth, high‑quality onboarding journey.

  • Act as a trusted liaison, coordinating across FIWMS teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.

  • Provide hands‑on support for client needs, including account setup, asset transfers, account maintenance, and service escalation.

  • Evaluate client operating models to align with FIWMS policies, recommending enhancements and negotiating workable solutions.

  • Lead mid‑ to large‑scale projects with varying degrees of complexity, including onsite support for advisor breakaways and book-of-business conversions.
