Principal Systems Analyst

The Role

Are you prepared to lead and innovate in the field of Marketing Technology? As a Principal Systems Analyst, you will be essential in supporting, coordinating, and guiding the development and rollout of marketing workflow automation across different technology products and teams. Your knowledge will help us streamline marketing execution and system automation across digital asset management, content management, customer data management, campaign management, digital measurement, and marketing effectiveness reporting.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

· Experience with strategic vision and execution of end-to-end enterprise marketing workflow and automation

  • Direct product experience with digital asset management, content management, campaign management, digital measurement, business intelligence solutions

· Project management and resource planning experience related to the marketing campaign process

  • Ability to take initiative, design, and implement change in partnership with multiple teams
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront-centric operational capabilities, enabling scalable, data-driven, and automated processes that accelerate time-to-market and maximize business impact.
  • Definition of governance models ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational consistency across teams
  • Establish a reporting framework delivering executive-level visibility into marketing throughput, efficiency and ROI, resource allocation and forecasting
  • Workfront Fusion or similar experience with designing and deploying automation frameworks is desired
  • Develop training programs and enablement strategies to maximize platform adoption
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing technology
