Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Social Platforms, you will lead the Business Marketing function as the central point of accountability for integrating business and marketing priorities. You are responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and programs that align to business objectives and deliver measurable results.
You will work in close collaboration with business leaders across product and segment teams to ensure marketing strategies are tightly connected to business goals, customer needs, and growth priorities. With a focus on Fidelity Wealth and Fidelity Brokerage, you will drive alignment across strategy, planning, and execution to create consistent, high-impact outcomes.
Using your cross-functional marketing expertise, strong strategic thinking, and deep understanding of customer insights, you will evolve an audience-first messaging strategy across the Fidelity consumer portfolio. This includes orchestrating integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty.
You will define how offerings are positioned and brought to market across customer segments and lifecycle stages, ensuring consistent, personalized, and trust-building experiences. You will bring discipline and innovation to annual and program planning, guide the development of strategic and creative work, and ensure coordinated execution across all marketing touchpoints.
You will also lead and develop a high-performing team, including a direct report responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the firm’s loyalty program.
The Team
The Marketing & Social Platforms organization within Fidelity Wealth delivers integrated, consumer-focused strategies that drive growth and strengthen the brand across the enterprise. The Business Marketing team plays a central role in aligning B2C business priorities with marketing strategy and execution.
This team partners closely with business leaders across Wealth and Brokerage - including product and segment teams - as well as functional experts across media, brand, content, analytics, and research to deliver coordinated, insight-driven marketing programs across paid, owned, and earned channels.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing (paid, owned, and earned) in complex organizations
- Proven marketing leader with strong experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy, planning, and execution aligned to business goals
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives, performance insights, and customer needs into actionable marketing programs
- Experienced people leader who builds, coaches, and develops highperforming teams with clear accountability and growth focus
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, product, and segment leadership teams
- Deep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics, with an ability to apply data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Track record of delivering customer-centric experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, ideally within financial services or similarly complex industries
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and senior executive levels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure recommendations, influence decisions, and present to executive audiences

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
