Director, Retail Product Strategy - Digital Assets
The Role
Fidelity Digital Assets (FDA) is seeking a Director, Product Strategy to join the FDA Product Strategy team. This role will focus on product strategy for Fidelity’s retail crypto offering, Fidelity Crypto.
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
Product strategy experience and/or aptitude. This could be shown through direct product experience or other roles involving strategic thinking and ideation to meet customer needs.
Curiosity about and understanding of crypto. Candidates could be newer to crypto but eager to learn with a history of developing expertise in other areas of financial services innovation.
Understanding of traditional capital markets and financial products and services.
Knowledge of retail customer needs and trends across various investor segments (i.e. high net worth, active traders, young investors).
Understanding of crypto, blockchain technology, and potential applications in financial services.
Ability to think strategically and for the long term without sacrificing pace over perfection
You will feel comfortable operating effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver business results
Strong communication, presentation, and product management skills
Ability to collaborate with people from other parts of the organization to achieve a goal
A passion for products and for technology and a love of solving complex problems
Proven ability to accept ambiguity and knowledge of how to utilize your problem-solving skills to find the best path forward.
An intellectual curiosity and hunger for continuous learning in the industry and applying these learnings to your work
A bias towards action and results

Fidelity Digital Assets combines the operational and technical capabilities of the broader Fidelity organization with dedicated blockchain expertise to deliver a completely new offering for investors.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
