The Role
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, evaluating system capabilities, and recommending solutions aligned to enterprise technology strategy. This role supports delivery of medium to large initiatives and partners across business and technology teams to improve system functionality as related to ITAM, ITSM, organizational best practices and applicable standards. The Analyst will derive insights from available data and develop recommendations for process improvements. The position will ensure continual improvement of enterprise service management policies and processes.
This role is highly analytical and requires delivery of results as an individual contributor as well as through influence in a highly matrixed organization:
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding enterprise ITAM/ITSM practices and supporting efforts for enterprise adoption of processes and procedures based on industry standards (ITIL)
- Partner with associates across the organization and champion the day-to-day operation, continuous improvement, and governance of the IT Asset Management and Service Management lifecycles
- Develop and document proposed improvements, training materials, and information for our key stakeholders and enterprise customers
- Develop and present regular updates as needed at various forums, to keep stakeholders and customers informed

- 5 years of systems / process / data analysis experience
- Thorough understanding of IT service portfolio development and governance, including definition, design, and standard operating models
- 5 years of ITSM / ITIL service management related work experience
- Significant experience and expertise with Service Management platform tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience and expertise with BI tools, preferable PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 5 years of experience in systems analysis or related technical roles within a large enterprise environment.

Foundational Tools, as part of Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and Operations (ECIO), is driving an improved user experience for our partners by delivering industry-aligned practices, technologies, and data integrations.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
