The Role
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the setup and deployment of participant communications in partnership with the Workplace Investing and Personal Investing organizations and outside vendors. The associate will work with various internal business partners, including Communication Consultants/Analysts, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Operations to set up, edit and manage content, and ensure timely delivery of communications. The messaging and material may be educational, regulatory or services in nature.
Create or edit content related to participant communications, including email, web or print communications using templates with minor HTML and CSS modification
Setup, configure and publish content to be executable for deployment
Quality check content, as needed
Work with requestors to gain approvals of communications
Work with internal business partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery and schedule communications
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
HTML/CSS experience required
Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to manage and service multiple projects on a timely basis and produce accurate output

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume production environment

MS Office skills
Salesforce, COP and SDL Tridion experience a plus
The Team
We support a variety of business partners within the WI Business Unit with their participant communications needs. Our job is to ensure we execute quality communications in a timely manner for our business partners. We also provide consultative solutions while partnering with our technologies team to meet participant communications needs through several electronic and paper channels. Your role will require you to be highly engaged with an ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks independently throughout the course of your workday.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
