The Role

As a Vice President, Data-Driven Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team focused on advancing marketing effectiveness through analytics, audience intelligence, experimentation, and optimization. This leadership role will partner closely with digital marketing, channel management, product marketing, segment marketing, thought leadership teams, business analytics, and key business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

The Vice President will oversee marketing performance measurement, reporting, advanced audience targeting, lead nurturing strategies, and test-and-learn programs. This individual will combine deep expertise in digital marketing and analytics with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, technology, architecture, and data organizations.

  • Lead marketing analytics, performance metric frameworks, executive scorecards, and target forecasting.
  • Provide standard monthly / quarterly executive reporting, strategic insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Provide marketing teams with practical insights on content, digital channel, or audience targeting improvements
  • Lead the build and evolution of marketing performance dashboards for self-service analytics on demand
  • Drive test-and-learn experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and optimization programs.
  • Leverage predictive analytics, propensity modeling, and look-alike modeling to improve audience targeting.
  • Partner with the advanced analytics team in the development of target audience attribute profiles.
  • Develop product and solution digital marketing nurture journeys that driver higher engagement and lead conversion.
  • Lead the use of Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Influence taxonomy, tagging, and content management lifecycle data, systems, and workflows.
  • Partner with advanced analytics, architecture, and data teams to advance the marketing data foundation.
  • Build and develop a high-performing analytically minded team.
  • Partner in the development and implementation of methods for lead management, scoring, routing, and nurturing.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • ​A strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and digital channel best practices
  • Willingness to take action to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking and propose and implement new, more efficient ways of doing work
  • Strong executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and customer journey Experience developing forecast models, scorecards, and executive reporting. Expertise in testing methodologies, optimization, and outcome measurement.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and look-alike modeling.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of taxonomy concepts, tagging frameworks, and data governance.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be both creative and analytical, leverage performance analytics to make data-driven decisions, and apply a working knowledge of data science concepts, practices, and statistical analysis methods
  • Understanding of AI, LLM, and the potential impact they can have in transforming reporting and analysis functions
  • Strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures

The Team

The Data-Driven Marketing Team serves as a strategic enabler of enterprise growth through marketing measurement, audience intelligence, advanced analytics, experimentation, optimization, and executive insights.

By transforming data into actionable intelligence, the team empowers marketing leaders to make informed decisions, improve customer experiences, maximize marketing investments, and accelerate business growth across Fidelity's products, solutions, and distribution channels.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-258,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
