The Role
Are you passionate about product marketing and want to work in a dynamic, evolving industry? As senior manager of the Asset Management Solutions Marketing team, you will champion Fidelity’s investment capabilities, turning complex information into compelling marketing materials and helping investors understand how our products help them meet their financial objectives.
Working closely with our investment product, client segment, and compliance partners, you will focus on creating and maintaining marketing materials that will help differentiate Fidelity’s investment products and solutions in the marketplace. You will develop and deliver compelling, accurate, consistent, and timely product content and be a key contributor in fund launches and go-to-market initiatives. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that offers the opportunity to collaborate across marketing, asset management, and distribution organizations.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
- 5-7 plus years of experience working in financial services industry in a marketing communications capacity; knowledge of financial services and/or investment products
- Expertise in developing and maintaining all types of marketing material and a passion for understanding how to turn technical information into compelling content
- Proven ability to support multi-faceted, complex marketing and communications initiatives
- Outstanding organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners
- Strong Powerpoint and writing skills

The Asset Management Solutions Marketing team partners with Fidelity’s investment teams and marketing and distribution channels across the company to help elevate the asset management brand, deepen relationships with clients, engage prospects, and drive impact in support of our product offerings. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
