The Role

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and supporting day-to-day campaign operations. This individual works collaboratively within the marketing team and operates under the guidance of the Digital Marketing leader.
- Publish and maintain content on the company’s marketing website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor social media channels and track competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support email and event marketing efforts using platforms such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Splash, etc.
- Maintain and optimize email distribution lists by reviewing inactive contacts, managing bounces, and honoring opt-out requests to support campaign performance.
- Edit and proofread digital content across channels to ensure quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Assist with campaign execution and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working under the mentorship of senior marketing leadership.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications with 2 plus years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
The Team
Our team is comprised of three areas: Go-To-Market and Strategic Planning, Segment Marketing, and Marketing Operations. We are responsible for working across Fidelity Digital Assets® to ensure business and market readiness for new launches; developing and executing on institutional marketing activities that drive brand awareness, leads, and client engagement; and producing and distributing research materials, client communications, and business collateral across our owned channels. A subsidiary of Fidelity Investments®, Fidelity Digital Assets® provides an institutional-grade digital asset experience that incorporates the history, principles, and expertise of a traditional financial institution. The business provides secure custody, integrated trading, and 24/7 support for institutional investors as well as retail crypto offerings made available through the Fidelity Investments® app and website. Established in 2018 and launched in 2019, Fidelity Digital Assets® develops products and solutions that scale with investors’ needs, allowing clients to navigate digital assets with confidence.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
