What You'll Do
- Reconcile media invoices against campaign budgets and vendor records
- Review reports and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and missing information
- Maintain accurate tracking documents and reconciliation logs
- Support media, finance, and account teams with billing-related tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice questions and corrections
- Assist with campaign reporting and data validation
- Ensure media documentation is organized and up to date
- Help improve processes and identify efficiencies within reconciliation workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with spreadsheets, bookkeeping, finance, accounting, operations, or marketing
- Previous administrative, coordinator, or agency experience
- Familiarity with advertising, media, or digital marketing is a plus but not required
