Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree in Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
    • 10 years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance programs within a large-scale organization.
    • Experience leading multi-year programs in the public sector; including cloud solutions, networking, infrastructure, and security.
    • Experience in structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
    • Knowledge of compliance regimes and requirements, including FedRAMP, DoD SRG, CJIS, IRS1075, etc.

      As a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Program Manager in our Data Center Data Security team, you will help us maintain user trust by keeping their data safe. In particular, we protect against unauthorized access and loss prevention of assets that may contain intellectual property or sensitive customer data across our global data center fleet.

      The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       Responsibilities

      • Lead the Data Center Data Security GRC responsibilities and manage all aspects of governance, risk, and compliance which includes: direction setting, program planning, delivery assurance, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
      • Manage the program risks, issues, and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
      • Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large programs/projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
      • Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups in various locations and time zones, and manage relationships between cross-functional teams.
      • Overcome challenges to keep processes running smoothly, define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Drive process development and iterative optimizations.
