Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience selling into enterprise companies.
  • Experience working towards business goals in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales.
  • Experience building customer relationships at an executive level, and delivering results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience in Customer Success or change management.
  • Understanding of and a passion for Google Cloud products.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C-level’s within prospect companies.
  • Goal oriented with the ability to work separately and within a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping cultivate market success for Google Workspace. You will leverage knowledge of Google Workspace and business to develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in an assigned market. You'll work with the Sales team and the partner ecosystem to focus on the renewal and expansion side of the business. Additionally, you will prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate Google Workspace opportunities. You'll build a pipeline and work with account teams to create customer solutions and drive agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Work towards assigned business and pipeline goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop relationships and focus on the Renewals side of the business. Prospect, qualify, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Work with Account teams and our partner ecosystem on a strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities for Google Workspace to maximize business results in the region, and develop opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
