Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations, investment banking/private equity, or venture capital.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ablility to navigate a fast-paced, tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to identify and inspire a complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Comfortable in discussions with cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions, using business acumen and problem-solving/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, operational planning, and launch of new work into Google Operations Center (GOC).
  • Contribute and lead complex and time-critical projects for executive leaders by developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution with agility.
  • Communicate and present key business insights, plans, and results to the executive business leadership.
