In this role, you will play the role of a consultant providing solutions to improve the business of your assigned clients or to solve their business challenges. You will use your marketing skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to make recommendations to clients on how they can develop their business by making better use of digital, especially in marketing, thereby becoming a trusted partner and contributing to the client's success.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
- Be a trusted business partner for client marketing solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service to Google advertisers, identify, and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
- Learn and work with Google ongoing development of advertiser products to optimize client campaign results.
- Leverage resources, including optimization, marketing, and technical support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
- Build relationships with customers and agencies and educate them on digital trends, digital marketing and any other information.
