Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a consulting or business analyst role.
- Experience with presenting technical and data based analysis.
- Experience in labor market data and analytics tools which inform site selection or business investment risks and opportunities such as GIS, BLS, Eurostat, and relevant spreadsheet modeling.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading data driven business case development for strategic projects to enhance overall business performance.
- Experience in workforce development, education, economic opportunity, and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Experience in data center technology and/or related areas of the technical industry.
- Ability to summarize technical and commercial concepts and present to a wide audience of stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and provide commercial and technical solutions across multiple teams/domains.
- Proven track record of innovation related to data analytics.
About the job
In this role, you will support the Economic and Community Development team for Global Data Centers. You will support program development and enhance, innovate, and expand data and analytics as it relates to workforce market intelligence.
Additional Information:Responsibilities
- Develop insights to drive workforce development strategy and execution, generate and report meaningful metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Influence knowledge of labor markets, workforce training, data and analytics resources, data center operating and construction environments to develop market insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across a global landscape
- Utilize technical and commercial communication and presentation skills to drive consensus building across multiple domains.
- Influence knowledge of industrial business development and capital projects to support site acquisitions and portfolio growth and management strategy.
